Student of the Year Awards

Who is eligible to apply for the Student of the Year award?

Any student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or Planning is eligible to apply.

I just graduated. Can I apply as well?

Yes! Recent graduates are eligible to apply. You can submit work from your 5th year or any semester (1 to 10) as part of your application.

Where should I submit my project?

Projects must be submitted through the Google Form link provided in your email.

Can I apply with works from multiple semesters?

Yes, you can apply with works from multiple semesters. However, you should apply for the award corresponding to your previous academic year. For example:

  • 2nd-year students should apply for the 1st-year award, submitting works from Semesters 1, 2, and 3.
  • Recent graduates should apply for the 5th-year award, sharing works from any semester (1 through 10).

Design Educators Award

Can educators from non-architecture disciplines apply for the Arcause SAaTh Design Educators Awards?

This award is specifically open to design educators in Architecture, Design, and Planning institutions throughout India. Applicants must demonstrate innovative teaching methods with a focus on sustainability.

How can I nominate someone for the Arcause SAaTh Design Educators Awards?

Educators may nominate themselves or be nominated by students, peers, or their institution.

Here’s how the process works:

  1. Registration Link: Select whether you are nominating yourself or someone else.
  2. Email Communication:
    • If it’s a self-nomination, you’ll receive a Google Form link to complete your submission.
    • If nominating someone else, you will be requested to share the Google Form link with the nominee so they can upload the required documents.
What should I submit for the Arcause SAaTh Design Educators Awards, and in what format?

Applicants need to provide the following:

  1. A 10-Page Presentation (PPT/PDF):
    • Showcase examples of your teaching methods.
    • Include lesson plans and student outputs that reflect your commitment to sustainability.
  2. A 500-Word Statement of Purpose:
    • Highlight how you integrate sustainability principles into your design education.
