The Arcause Changemaker for SAaTH (Sustainability in Action and Thought) is a platform designed to empower students to take charge as leaders of sustainability and design innovation in their colleges. As an Arcause Changemaker, you will spearhead impactful activities, inspire your peers, and drive conversations around sustainable practices and design excellence.This initiative not only nurtures leadership but also creates a community of changemakers who are passionate about making a difference
Eligibility
- Open to students currently enrolled in colleges offering Architecture.
- Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and leadership.
- Willingness to dedicate time to lead initiatives and engage peers.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent Arcause at your college.
- Lead activities like workshops, poster campaigns, and student challenges to promote sustainability and design awareness.
Earn points
As an Arcause Changemaker, your contributions to sustainability and design awareness will be rewarded through an exciting point system. Each activity you complete brings you closer to recognition, certifications, and exclusive rewards. Here’s how you can earn points:
Activity List and Points
- Pinning the poster and sending photos: 10 points
- Driving registrations from your college: 15 points per registration
- Sharing on social media and tagging Arcause: 10 points
- Nominating registrants for events: 10 points
- Nominating mentors for sessions: 15 points
- Conducting small sessions or workshops on sustainability: 50 points
- Creating collages or other content on sustainability: 20 points
- Involving alumni or experts for talks or Q&A sessions on sustainability: 50 points
- Getting feedback and working on improvements: 10 points
- Content creation (e.g., social media posts, reels, blogs, posters, graphic design): 25 points

Saint-Gobain is delighted to present up to six distinct grants of Rs.1,00,000/- each to students and professionals in Architecture and Design who are passionate, eager and ready to make a difference with their inspiring and revolutionary proposals. Resources are provided for the development and implementation of a project or execution of a prototype The grantees will be awarded the sanctioned grant amount in phases as requested in the proposal and also will be felicitated with an award of recognition

The Selection Process
An esteemed jury constituted by Saint-Gobain will carefully shortlist up to 12 projects with potential and invite the qualifiers for an interview which may be live or a video conference. The final winners will be announced on the sidelines of the Transparence 19.0 Grand Finale 2023-24.
Rules & Requisites
- The Grants Program (earlier known as Saint-Gobain Scholarship) is open to students or graduates of architecture from a recognised college in India.
- This activity is a competition of skill and should not be considered as a forum of appeal for charity.
- Your Project proposal should also include a proper plan and letter of intent in around 1500 words on how exactly you will use the grant amount.
- Please also include a photograph, your Professional CV, identity proof, and address proof – a scan of your passport/ voter id, and college identity card with the submission.
- You also need to provide us with a letter of declaration that Saint-Gobain has complete rights to use your photograph, personal details, title, and summary of your proposal for its future communications and publicity for promoting its CSR initiatives and any future Grants Program that it will launch.

This support has expanded our horizons and driven us to push the boundaries of design.
