About The Activity: An experiential journey assessing accessibility across Cubbon Park and the Museum of Art & Photography, culminating in a reflective interaction at Museum of Art & Photography on inclusive design and everyday lived experiences.

Intent
- To bring socially responsible and impact-driven design to the forefront of urban conversations.
- To expose participants to diverse career pathways and show them alternate directions in design and urban practice.
- To provide visibility, legitimacy, and networking opportunities for innovators, practitioners, and grassroots organisations within the Ethos–Arcause universe.
- To amplify urban causes through experiential learning, public engagement, and cross-sector dialogue.
A Mobile Movement, Not A Destination.
Arcause Spotlight is a series of small, immersive learning engagements for architecture and design students, young practitioners, faculty, and anyone who wants to engage directly with organisations working on the ground. The initiative is envisioned as a “living urban laboratory,” where participants experience the city by walking through it, understanding its layers, and engaging with real contexts.
Spotlight 1.0 brought together a cohort for an intensive and immersive experience in Delhi. Spotlight 2.0 is doing the same in Kochi.
On 08 May 2026, we walk into the city of Bengaluru as a site of inquiry with walks, workshops, and on-ground encounters rooted in Arcause’s core action areas.
