ReBeat

Your hands can save a life

About us

The CPR protocol by itself is easy to learn and administer, more importantly, receiving CPR is the only hope for a victim of Sudden Cardiac Arrest to survive.
Unfortunately, the awareness in India is estimated at an extremely low level of 2%.
Most people are eager to learn CPR, but the main barriers are a lack of awareness and limited access to training. Raising awareness about the importance of this life-saving skill and ensuring that qualified instructors are accessible are crucial steps in increasing CPR education and preparedness.
ReBeat aims to fill both these gaps, reaching out to educational institutions, housing societies, work places, clubs etc.

Balakrishnan S, an Engineer by training, worked in leadership roles in the areas of Manufacturing and Supply Chain in ITC Ltd and retired in May 2024 after 37 years of service.
Having personally witnessed two sudden cardiac deaths and the inability of his as well as other bystanders to provide CPR, he is on a mission to create awareness and training on CPR skills. He is now a certified instructor for Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association and has commenced his mission with conducting workshops in educational institutions and housing societies. With an estimated awareness level of only 2% in India, it is a huge gap that needs to be filled.
