Elev8, a dynamic architecture and design festival presented by The Architect’s Diary, inspires and explores new dimensions in architecture. Going PAN INDIA, the festival will be an offline event happening at the iconic ATMA House (The Mill Owner’s Association Building), Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The third edition of this prestigious event is scheduled to take place on the 1st and 2nd of February 2025.

Elev8 is set to attract over 2000+ attendees, celebrating the power of impactful conversations and knowledge sharing. It empowers an engaging platform to connect thought-provoking ideas with visionary minds on the theme Building a Legacy – A Vision for Generations. It explores how architecture and design could drive meaningful change, create a legacy, and build a future that defies time.

About the Theme: Building A Legacy – A Vision for Generations

A legacy is more than what we leave behind; it’s a philosophy and a commitment to ethics that resonate across time and generations. Integrity, creativity, and social responsibility are values that continue to influence and guide others long after an individual is gone. Many architects, designers and urban planners are admired for different reasons, whether for their distinctive style or the way their work connects with us. Yet, a select few have contributions that are universally recognized for their brilliance, creativity, and lasting impact on their field. Held within the inspiring walls of ATMA House by Le Corbusier, Elev8 celebrates iconic structures and philosophies that have become cornerstones of national identity, a legacy that adapts and extends far into the future.

About Elev8 – Previous Editions

Elev8 and other events hosted by The Architect’s Diary provided a diverse platform for creative expression for distinguished speakers, including Mr. Kamal Mangaldas, Ar. Habeeb Khan, Ar. Dikshu Kukreja, Ar. Parul Zaveri, Ar. Dean D’Cruz, Ar. Gyanendra Singh Shekhawat, Sarah Sham, Ar. Snehal & Bhadri Suthar, Ar. Kamal Malik, and Ar. Yatin Pandya. Through panel discussions and keynotes, it was a memorable gathering of architectural and design excellence.

The first edition of Elev8, themed ‘A Closer Look,’ was a resounding success, drawing 400+ architects and interior designers from Gujarat. With 80+ displays and presentations by professionals, photographers, and architects, it offered a vibrant platform for creative expression.

The second edition, themed “Crafting Tomorrow Today,” attracted 800+ architects and interior designers from the West Zone (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Goa). Featuring 100+ dynamic displays and presentations, the event showcased innovation and creativity.
