ShramA – Empowering Construction Workers
Within the construction industry, there exists a significant gap in communication and collaboration between those who design structures and those who physically build them. This disconnect results in poor-quality construction and inadequate conveyance, often stemming from a lack of ownership and acknowledgment of the importance of each role in the construction process. Project ShramA aims to address these challenges by fostering better understanding, communication, and collaboration between architects and construction workers to create a more inclusive and empowering working environment. This initiative seeks to value construction workers, enhance their overall growth, and leverage their insights to design structures more sensitively.
